On full payment, customer gets 19 cheques and agreement.
Rs 20,995/- x 18 cheques. =Rs 3,77,910.
And 19th cheque for Full Amount of Rs 3,77,910/-.
Company take back plot which was on guarantee. Means customer get money doubled in 4 1/2 years. YOU GET MONEY DOUBLED! "NO" PLOT!
